Qalkan'ı indirip kullandığınızda bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Lisans
Size uygulamayı kişisel veya ticari işleriniz için, cihazlarınızda kullanmanız üzere devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz. Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutamaz, kopyalayıp yeniden dağıtamaz veya kendi ürününüzmüş gibi sunamazsınız.
Ücretsiz sürüm ve reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürüm reklam gösterir. Tarama hiçbir zaman sayı, süre veya reklam izleme koşuluyla kısıtlanmaz. Reklamlar kamera ekranında, tarama ile sonuç arasında, açılışta ve hassas ekranlarda gösterilmez. Reklam isteğine taradığınız veya ürettiğiniz içerik eklenmez.
Satın almalar
- Pro satın alması App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır; ödeme, faturalandırma ve iade işlemleri ilgili mağazanın kurallarına tabidir.
- Ömür boyu satın alma tek seferliktir ve kendiliğinden yenilenmez. Yıllık abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece her yıl yenilenir; iptali mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yaparsınız.
- Deneme süresi sunulduğunda koşulları satın alma ekranında yazar. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz ücretlendirilirsiniz.
- App Store ve Google Play satın almaları birbirinden bağımsızdır. Bir mağazadan alınan Pro, diğer platformdaki cihazda açılmaz.
- İade talepleri satın almanın yapıldığı mağazaya iletilir.
Taranan içeriğin sorumluluğu
Taranan kodların içeriği bize ait değildir ve güvenilmez kabul edilir. Uygulama hiçbir bağlantıyı, ağı veya eylemi kendiliğinden açmaz; her işlem sizin dokunuşunuzla yapılır. Bağlantı uyarıları bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve bir güvenlik garantisi değildir; açtığınız adreslerin ve bağlandığınız ağların sorumluluğu size aittir.
Garanti ve sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
Fikri mülkiyet
Qalkan adı, logosu, arayüzü ve kodu bize aittir. Uygulamada ürettiğiniz kodlar ve içerik sizindir. QR Code, DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED'ın tescilli markasıdır.
Değişiklikler ve sona erdirme
Bu şartlar değişirse bu sayfadaki yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silerek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz ülkenin koruyucu hükümlerinden doğan haklarınız saklıdır.

Uygulama mağazalara gönderilmeden önce buraya bir iletişim adresi eklenecektir.
Terms of use (English)
Acceptance
By downloading and using Qalkan you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on your devices, for personal or business use. You may not reverse engineer it, redistribute copies of it, or present it as your own product.
Free version and ads
The free version shows ads. Scanning is never limited by a count, a timer or by watching an ad. Ads are not shown on the camera screen, between a scan and its result, at launch, or on sensitive screens. Nothing you scan or create is added to an ad request.
Purchases
- Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing and refunds follow that store's rules.
- Lifetime is a one time purchase and does not renew. The yearly subscription renews every year until you cancel it in your store account's subscription settings.
- Where a trial is offered, its terms are shown on the purchase screen. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you are charged.
- App Store and Google Play purchases are separate. Pro bought in one store does not unlock on the other platform.
- Refund requests go to the store where the purchase was made.
Scanned content
The content of scanned codes is not ours and is treated as untrusted. The app never opens a link, joins a network or performs an action by itself; every action follows your tap. Link warnings are informational and are not a security guarantee. You remain responsible for the addresses you open and the networks you join.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit your rights under consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Qalkan name, logo, interface and code are ours. Codes and content you create with the app are yours. QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.
Changes and termination
If these terms change, the effective date on this page is updated. You can end your use at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
